I genuinely believe you have within you the inner strength and resources to live a fulfilling life and I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood and seen.

I am a trainee member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. I'm in my 5th year of training, currently reading a Masters in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at Bath Centre of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

​I have trained as a mindfulness teacher with Breathworks and have experience working as a bereavement counsellor in a hospice setting.

​I adhere to BCPC's and the UKCP's Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice.  ​​Sessions are held in a quiet, private space. They are 50 minutes long and my current fee is £35 per session. ​Fees will increase per year of training.
