FAQs

Q. What kind of therapy do I offer?

​A. I am a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist in training, based in central Exeter. I draw on a range of methodologies to suit each client's needs and have also trained as a mindfulness teacher, working from the belief that the mind and body are closely linked.

 

Q. How much does a session cost?

A. Sessions are 50 minutes long and currently cost £35, offered as low-cost psychotherapy in central Exeter. Fees increase with each year of training.

 

​Q. Where are sessions held?

A. Sessions take place in a quiet, private space at Southernhay West and Barnfield Crescent, Exeter.

Q. Am I qualified and registered?

A. I am a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and I'm in my fifth year of training, studying an MSc in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Bath Centre of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I adhere to the BCPC's and UKCP's codes of ethics.
